- Abstract: This work introduces a material search engine utilizing AI techniques, including Random Forest, Naive Bayes, and Neural Networks, to analyze X-ray diffraction data for material predictions. An ensemble method achieved ∼100% accuracy.

Next-Generation Short-Read Sequencing Reveals Impacts on Major Histocompatibility Complex Diversity Resulting From Differences in Captive Rhesus Macaque (Macaca mulatta) Colony Expansion Strategies. American Journal of Primatology. Link
- Abstract: This study used next-generation short-read sequencing to analyze major histocompatibility complex diversity across five 5-year specific-pathogen-free rhesus macaque birth cohorts from 1998 to 2022 at the Caribbean Primate Research Center. The findings show that recruitment strategies, particularly increased rederivation from SPF predecessors and reduced gene flow from Cayo Santiago, drove greater genetic divergence and lower heterogeneity at the MHC, while non-syntenic STR variation remained largely uncorrelated and served as a neutral baseline.
